My creative space...

Today's space contains:
One freshly felted old jumper
One new batch of eco-fi felt (made from 100% post-consumer plastic)
Some old pillowcases
One book full of inspiration
One head full of ideas
More spaces via kootoyoo - I'm off to have a look right now!

  2. That softies book looks good, the little puppy peaking from the corner looks like a design i tried to come up with of my Labrador puppy when i got her - love to see what you make when your done :-)

  8. I'd also like to know how the felt goes, especially how washable it is (and where it comes from). I was just given a copy of the first softies book but still haven't managed to make anything from it yet!

    Lovely pillowcase goodness as well...in my cleaning-frenzy (I wish!) I've come across so many thrifted pillowcases! Looking forward to seeing what you make with yours.

  9. I see I'm not the only one curious about the felt! Do you have a local supplier? How does it feel? How would you compare it to standard acrylic or wool felt?

  13. Looks like there's going to be some very tactile, felty good stuff happening here. You need to make something at this time of year that will warm your hands during the creative process and it looks like you've got just the thing!

  16. A lovely pile of inspiration here. I'm really taken by those felt softie books, they are too ridiculously cute. Especially little elephants!! Such an 'awwhhhh' factor.
